Food can move a person. It can wake up a kind of childlike wonder, and for a moment, everything else falls away.
I grew up in Cantal, in a family of fourth-generation farmers, watching my grandmother make quiet magic out of very little. Barely tall enough to see over her stove, I learnt that care is something you can taste.
From terroir to table, heart to plate — that is the whole of Odette. We hope a little of it stays with you.
